How can I meet new people??

I am a pretty outgoing person, and in the past I've really had no problems making friends or meeting people, but now that I'm in my mid-20's it seems more difficult.





I moved to a new area a few months ago, and I just can't seem to meet very many people my age that live near me. I belong to meetup.com and I've met some people through there but since you the majority of those people once or twice a month it's hard to develop real friendships.





I feel like I would have it a little easier if I was single because it seems like the guys my age are looking to talk to single girls, single girls my age are looking for other single girls to go pick up single guys with, and the not-single girls really aren't looking for anyone new to be around.





Any ideas?!?!?!

How can I meet new people??
Is there a Sweet Adelines near you? They are an international group with chapters all over the world, and have many chapters all over the US. I joined one when I moved to AZ and I made some wonderful friends. You will meet all kinds of women, all ages, some married, some single. It's a fabulous organization of women who like to sing!

1) Join some clubs.


2) Volunteer somewhere at a charity,.


3) Get active in a church


4) Be friendly and approachable. Smile

N be friendly with whoever you meet,even you dont want that persona as a friend
