Where can I meet new people? not at clubs?

Where could I go to meet new people besides club, I don't like parties and drunk people, or to go out at night,


I'd like to meet people in some classes so we could see each other frequently before becoming friends, any suggestions to meet single guys in there 20's and friendly girls, thanks...





and I'm not talking about college classes because I will not go this semester, I will have to go in summer, thanks

Think about what you enjoy doing. If you like sports, join a sports club. If you're into acting, join a drama club. If there are no clubs in your chosen field, start one up yourself and advertise it in your area. You will soon meet other like-minded people.

Otherwise, join a reading group, exercise group, volunteer somewhere... you'll run into all sorts of new folks that have similiar likes for new friends.
Reply:You can meet 6 billion people in the world wide web where we are right now. Well, I guess subtract that number with the ones who are not connected online which would leave you with tons more. But on a more serious note, organize a party where everyone is required to invite their friends also who are in there 20's.
Reply:Church is a great place to meet people. Especially during their many socials and events. I was never one for smokey dirty bars either. Believe it or not, I met my wife in the checkout line of a chain Pharmacy. You can looks for years and not find anyone, then BAM, cupid strikes when you least expect it.
