How do you meet people in your 20s?

1. I am 27 years old, and I live in a suburb, 45 minutes from a major city.





2. Why does it seem tougher to meet/date at this age than it did when in college? Is it just in my mind??





3. Any advice/tips on how to meet people/get dates at the age of 27?

Friends! Surely you have a buddy that has a girlfriend... that has a friend that can network with her friends to find someone compatible with you!





If you are out of college, I presume you are working! What about co-workers? No, not suggesting you date them, but most people that we work with know more about us than we realize!





They may also know the perfect person for you!





Of course, if you are int he 'burbs... there is always Wal-Mart! heheheeh
Reply:maybe because now your not 18-24 your 27 now and i guess people that just get about over 24 dont go on those dateing sites anymore.
Reply:Well nothing really compares to College. I mean thats as easy as it will ever get. But, after college it gets a little harder, but not that hard if your not afraid to approach people and chat. Just get out as aften as possible, and go into the city. Lots of single people enjoy the city night life. Just stay away from your house as much as you can and you'll meet someone. If that doesn't work theres always myspace and other Internet sites.
