How can i meet people and make new friends or meet a guy in Bradford?


I have moved back home after a while away I have lost my confidence I can not find a job in the area I want and all my old friends have moved on.


I am going to take up a volenteering to try make new friends and it would be nice to meet a nice fella. I am past the club scene don't like it and never did and I have tried internet dating even paid fee and just get guys my dads age or onces not my type.


I know it is shallow but i have to find a guy physically attractive before i even find out about other things, I have been out with guys I have found stunning but they have been boring. I find long hair on guys really attractive but i could not have a relationship with a guy who was funny and great but i did not find attractive no physical spark is no can do for me.

you need to stop looking so hard! i don't live too far away from you, what you need to do is get out there, find a job or even join a gym, maybe you can make new friends like that...i am too past the clubbing stage but i am sure you can go out bowling, or to a restaurant, or your local and meet someone.. the key thing here is to concentrate on making new friends, and also rebuilding your confidence! get out there and have some fun and you will meet a guy when you least expect it! good luck, i hope my advice helps
Reply:I have been in your situation before and i know it seems desperate asking for advise about these things, but it works,you can never have too may friends, don't worry so much about the guy thing just yet meet some girlys have fun and then may be someone will find you, i know it seems hard but don't go looking for a guy you must not go out on the hunt for someone thats not how i love works i think.


May be go to your local, and be open, if you find yourself getting on well with someone down the pub don't let it just be a pub friendship swop details don't be afraid to ask somone if they would like to take you mobile
